2 Cans Beef Consomme Soup
1 envelope Onion Soup mix
2 Cups Rice
3 Cups Water
4-6 Tbsp Butter (cut into small pieces)
1 scant tsp Marjoram
1 scant tsp Rosemary (Crushed)
1 scant tsp Savory


Directions:

Spray 9x13 baking pan with Pam.
Add all ingredients - stir gently to mix.
Cover with foil.
Bake 350º for 1 hour

Great Grandma Natrona Hall's recipe. I ran into a lady named Joy Jensen in Salt Lake City. She asked me my name because I looked like a lady she knew named Natrona Hall. WOW - She said one of her family's favorite recipes was Natrona's Consomme Rice - I said I didn't have the recipe and she emailed it to me. Now a family favorite.
