1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb

1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour in a 9x13 baking pan.
Combine the 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top of the rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes
