1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup mince onion
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
3 tbsp flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat in heavy sauce pan.
Saute onion and curry powder in melted butter
Blend in flower and seasonings. Cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat and stir in the chicken broth and milk
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1-2 minutes. Add chicken and lemon juice.

Serve over basmati rice
**** If you want to make shrimp curry, just use the same recipe and substitute the shrimp for the chicken
