2- 5lb. packages hash browns, frozen
500 ml sour cream
2 - 10oz. cans mushroom soup
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup butter, melted
2 tbsps. onions, minced
salt & pepper, to taste
½ cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into baking dish. Bake 350ºF. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before baking.
