2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
¼ tsp. dry mustard
½ cup butter
¼ cup chives
½ cup sherry
1 tsp. salt
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups half and half
¼ cup whipping cream
4 tbsps. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil. Mix flour with whipping cream and half and half. Add to soup at the end of thickening.
