2 c. pecans
1/4 c butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 GF white cake mixes
2 large eggs
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c. toasted pecans
2/3 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Toast in 350 degree oven 25 minutes 2 c. pecans and 1/4 c butter. Turn often.
After toasted add 2 tsp. vanilla and set aside to cool.

Make 2 GF white cake mixes as instructed on box.
Add 1 1/3 c. toasted pecans and mix well. Makes
4-8" layers. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Cool and ice

Icing
2 large eggs
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c. toasted pecans
2/3 c. butter
Beat eggs, sugar, butter, and salt until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and pecans-beat well.
Ice cake.
