Ingredients:  
use enough Apple slices to fill,
1/2 To 3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
/2 To 3/4 stick of margarine or butter depending on size


Your favorite pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
1.In a small bowl, combine the sugars, flour, butter, cinnamon and salt. pour the mixture over the apples coating them
2. assemble your favorite pie crust recipe and roll it out into a circle
3. Pour the mixture in the center of the unfolded pie crust leaving a 2-inch border. Fold up the uncovered border over the edge of the apples and leave the middle uncovered. .
4 Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 min. Or until crust is brown
Bill likes to butter edges just before finished
