1 pound extra-lean beef
1 small onion, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper



Directions:
Directions:
1. Take your lean beef and grind it in a meat grinder as coarse as possible.
( or use a food processor, cut in cubes and pulse until the beef is minced)
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl; cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 8 hours. Spread on crackers. Do not eat after 2 days.
