8 large ripe cucumbers
5 large onions
2 stalks celery, cut in pieces
8 large apples, cooked to soft
2 cups white vinegar
4½ cups white sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Make paste:
1 tsp. turmeric
4 tbsps. flour
water

Directions:
Directions:
Grind cucumbers and onion. Let stand overnight in ¼ cup salt. In the morning, drain and bring to a boil with spices and remaining ingredients. When boiling make paste with tumeric, flour and water and add to relish. Simmer 10 minutes and pack in jars.
