2 boxes refrigerated pie crust
1 can peach pie filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
2-1/2 cups XXX sugar
¼ cup milk
1 egg white, beaten


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove crusts and allow to go to room temperature. Dump filling in bowl and dice peaches into small pieces. Add cinnamon and mix. Unroll crust and cut 6 circles (4 inch cutter) from each crust. Using a 1 tablespoon scoop, drop filling into center of each circle. Fold and pinch edges together. Fold edges over and crimp with fork. Poke pie with fork to prevent bursting. Beat egg white until frosting. Brush over top of each pie. Bake about 15 minutes. In bowl mix XXX sugar and milk. Coat pie with mixture or drizzle over it.
