1½ cup self-rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 stick oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Cut oleo in half. Melt 1/2 of the stick in a 9 inch pan and set aside. Cut other half of stick into shortening style with flour (just like you would if you were using Crisco shortening). Then mix with buttermilk and roll out onto floured surface, roll into about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter and flip over in buttered pan to coat both sides. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.
