1 cup milk
1 onion chopped fine
1 can yellow cream corn
1 cup cheddar cheese grated
4 jalapeņo peppers seeded and chopped
1/2 cup Wesson oil
4 eggs

Pour mixture into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 375 degrees till brown.
