4 cups cornbread crumbled
4 cups cooked yellow squash, mashed (1 to 1-1/2 lbs.)
1-1/3 cup chopped onion
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion together. Crumble cornbread; add butter and soup mix well.
Add squash and onion. Mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees till brown.
Notes. You may add diced celery, chicken pieces and seasonings (sage or poultry).
