2¼ cups chopped peaches
5 cups granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 box certo pectin crystals

Directions:

Mix prepared fruit, sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine ¾ cup water with CERTO pectin crystals in a small pot. Bring to a boil and cook for one minute stirring constantly. Add to fruit mixture and stir for 3 minutes. Pour into clean jars fill to ¼ inch from rims. Let set up and refrigerate or freeze till ready to use.

I like to use organic sugar. Just takes longer to dissolve. I also use organic peaches. Always use the freshest fruit as it looses pectin and may not set up if fruit is old. Also check the date on the Certo as jam won’t be thick enough if it is expired. There are other no cook jam recipes in the Certo box. There all really good.
