1½ cups sugar
3 eggs
¾ cup of oil (canola or your choice)
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp all spice
2 cups mashed bananas (6)
½ cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 2-8”x4”x3” loaf pans. Beat sugar and eggs till creamy. Mix in oil. Sift flour baking soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice. Add to creamed mixture. Mix in mashed bananas and raisins. Bake at 350º for an hour or until done. Should come out dry o a toothpick.

They also call this the “not boring banana bread”. I got this recipe from my friend Marlene Riddoch about 30 years ago and haven’t made any other recipe since.
