12 strips bacon (recipe calls for thick cut but I use center strips)
1 -15 oz can pineapple chunks , drained
3/4 cup, packed brown sugar

Position over rack as low as possible and preheat to 375

Cut bacon strips in half, horizontally, and wrap a half strip around a chunk of pineapple and secure with toothpick

Arrange in baking dish or cookie sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar

Bake until crispy - 20 ish minutes

1 piece = 35 calories, 2.5g fat, 1g saturated fat, 5mg cholesterol, 2g protein, 1g carbohydrate, 1 g sugar, 125 mg sodium
