1 1/2 cups cornbread crumbs . . . 2 1/2 cups rye bread crumbs
2 1/2 cups white bread crumbs . . . 1/4 cup melted butter
3 T. minced onions . . . 2 tsp. salt . . . 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. savory seasoning . . . 3 tsp. sage
1 egg, beaten slightly . . . 1/2 cup milk
2 cups (+/-) hot chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread in a large bowl. Lightly cover and leave out overnight to get a little stale. Melt butter and slightly saute onion and celery. Add to bread mixture; add other ingredients and mix well. Using large spoon drop into equals amounts into greased 9 X 13 pan. Pour more broth over top for moistness, if too dry for taste. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned.
