8 eggs (beaten
2 cups milk
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
1 cup shredded chedder cheese
2 slices cubed bread
1 lb browned sausage or ham

Directions:

Bake in 9 x13 pan at 350° for 45 minutes

Let set 10 minutes

1/2 recipe makes 4 servings
1 serving = 3 F Style WW points

1 % milk
45 cal. Sara lee bread
Mark's dairy free cheese (Pepper Jack)
