For cake:
1 Yellow Butter Cake Mix
4 eggs
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, juice and all
½ c. oil
For Frosting:
1 medium can crushed pineapple, juice and all
Medium carton Cool Whip. Defrost Cool Whip in the refrigerator ahead of time.Do not defrost at room temp. It gets too runny
2 small boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix the eggs, oil, and cake mix until fluffy. Add in the mandarin oranges, along with juice. Pour into two 8” greased and floured cake pans, or a greased/floured 9x12 pan. Bake according to box pcake mix directions.
For the frosting, mix the pineapple, juice and all, with 1¾ boxes of the Instant Vanilla Pudding. Then fold this mixture into the defrosted Cool Whip
