4.5 C seasoned croutons
2 C shredded cheddar Cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/4 C chopped red pepper
1/4 C chopped green pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
8 large eggs
4 C milk
1 t salt
1 t ground mustard
1/8 t pepper
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle droutons, cheese, onions, pepper and mushrooms into 2 greased 8 in square baking dishes. In a large bowl mix remaining ingredients. Slowly pour over filling.

Cover and freeze one casserole for up to 3 months.

Bake the second casserold uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

To use frozen, thaw, let sit out 30 minutes prior to baking. Bake at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes covered.
