1 & 1/2 pounds very lean ground beef
1/2 finely chopped Vidalia sweet onion
3/4 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Toasted Onion Herb by Victoria Taylor’s Seasonings

Topping: 2/3 cup Ketchup, 6 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard. Mix well and spread over top of meatloaf. Reserve some for refreshing topping half way through baking if needed.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix ingredients well. Form into a loaf shape in a glass dish. Spread topping on meatloaf and bake for out 50 - 55 minutes until done. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
