Cake:
1/2 cup butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups grated zucchini

1/2 cup chocolate chips or
Icing:
6 tbsp cocoa
6 tbsp butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
6 tbsp hot coffee
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
1. in a large bowl cream the butter and sugar
2. Add the oil, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla beat mixture
3. sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt
4. Add the dry mixture to the wet.
5. add the grated zucchini
6. Pour in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan
Bake at 325 for 40 - 45 minutes

Sprinkle with chocolate chips when still warm or top with the following Icing recipe:

1. Mix and beat the coffee, butter, cocoa, vanilla and salt.
2. add powdered sugar until Icing is spreadable.
