2 cups chicken, shredded
1 cup broccoli
1/2 bell pepper
1 garlic clove, chopped (or garlic powder works too)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. dill mix (dry or fresh dill)
salt
2 packages Crescent Rolls
1 large egg
almonds, slivered (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out the 2 cans of Crescent Rolls on a baking sheet, or Pampered Chef stone baking tray to fill the bottom of the sheet. Brush the dough with mayonnaise, top with dill and sprinkle with garlic. Layer on the chicken, broccolli and pepper down the middle of the pan. Top with cheese down the middle. Cut 3 inch slits on both sides of the crescent roll up to the filling down the middle, and "Braid", alternating one side and another, till all ingredients down the middle are covered. brush with the egg and top with the almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 28 minutes. Cut and Serve.

Note: Any ingredients can go into this braid: meatballs and sauce braid; ham and cheese braid; breakfast items, like eggs and sausage and cheese braid; or even cheese steak meat and cheese braid to be dipped in spaghetti sauce. Use your imagination!
