4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
1/2 teaspoon salt . . .1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon taco seasoning . . .3/4 cup salsa
2 cups fresh or frozen corn, thawed
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend . . 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn, beans and taco seasoning. Spoon out 4 individual portions on greased heavy duty Reynolds Wrap. Salt and pepper chicken and place over top of beans and corn. Top each with salsa and cheese.
Close loosely and bake at 425 º for 25 -30 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
