1 head iceberg, or hardy lettuce
1 cup celery, diced
4 eggs, hard boiled and diced or sliced
1 (10 oz.) frozen package peas
1/2 cup green,red or yellow sweet bell pepper
1 cup grated carrots
1 medium onion
8 slices bacon fried, diced, or bought already prepared
2 cups mayo
2 T mustard
2 T sugar
4 oz. grated cheese

Garnish- grated bacon, parsley and cherry tomatoes if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Start with the lettuce on the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan or glass dish. Layer the ingredients in order. Add or take away any ingredients your family does not like in their salad. Mix mayo, mustard and sugar and top your salad. Top with the graded cheese last. Refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours and garnish with bacon, parsley and cherry tomatoes if you would like.
