1 package cake mix (white or yellow)
3 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
1. Combine chopped rhubarb and sugar, Set aside
2. Prepare yellow cake mix according to package directions.
3. Pour batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
4. Sprinkle rhubarb mixture on top.
5. Pour the whipping cream over all
Bake at 350° about 50 to 60 minutes.
Cake will rise to top and sauce will form on the bottom.
Store in refrigerator.
