1 cup flour
1 large egg
1 1/2 to 2 T milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients to form a stiff dough. Knead a little bit. Roll very thin. Spread thinly with butter if desired. Cut into 1 1/2 inch spares, drop into simmering broth.
