3/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix oil, molasses, brown sugar, and egg till smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Mix well. Put white sugar in small bowl. Shape dough into 1 " balls, roll each in the sugar, and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees until slightly golden brown. Cool a bit before removing
