4 cups rhubarb diced
2 cups apple sauce
2 cups sugar
1 tsp cornstarch

Your favorite pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
1. combine all the ingredients into a sauce pan and cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture is thick
2. assemble your favorite pie crust recipe and roll it out into a circle
3. Pour the mixture in the center of the unfolded pie crust leaving a 2-inch border. Fold up the uncovered border over the edge of the rhubarb leaving the middle open.
4. bake at 350 for 30 to 40 min. Or until crust is brown
