¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ cup cooking oil
1 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk
1 tsp. granulated sugar
½ cup warm water
1- 8g pkg. active dry yeast
8½ cups all purpose flour (approximately)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; add ¼ cup sugar and salt. Mix in cooking oil, 1 cup water and milk. Stir 1 tsp. sugar in warm water in bowl; sprinkle yeast over top, stir to dissolve yeast; let stand 10 minutes. Mix wtih egg mixture. Work in enough flour until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Turn out onto floured surface. Knead 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl, grease top, cover with tea towel. Let stand in oven with light on and door closed for about 1½ hours until doubled in bulk. Punch dough down. Divide dough into 36 egg size pieces, shape into buns; arrange on greased baking sheets 1½" apart. Cover with tea towel. Let stand in oven with light on and door closed for about 45 minutes until doubled in size. Bake in 375ºF oven for about 20 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
