1¼ cups all purpose flour
1 cup graham flour or whole wheat
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
¾ cup butter
¼ cup warm water
¼ cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Measure first 6 ingredients into medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is mealy. Stir water, honey and vanilla in small bowl until mixed. Pour into flour mixture. Stir to make a ball. Divide dough in half. Roll ½ dough directly on ungreased 10" x 15" baking sheet to ¼" thick. Dust rolling pin with flour as needed. Using ruler, mark off 2" squares without cutting through dough. Prick with fork all over in even rows. Bake in 425ºF oven for 10 to 12 minutes until browned. They will crisp as they cool. Cut on lines into 60 crackers.
