1 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup all-purpose flour
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4.5 oz. cool whip
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
4.5 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer:
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup all-purpose flour
Mix butter, nuts, flour and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool.

2nd layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
4.5 oz. cool whip
Mix all ingredients and spread over cooled crust.

3rd layer:
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
Mix milk and puddings on low for two minutes and spread over 2nd layer.

4th layer:
4.5 oz. cool whip
Spread cool whip over 3rd layer evenly. Place in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
