4-5 lb Brisket
1 3/4 oz Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp garlic salt
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate Brisket in liquid smoke and garlic, wrap in foil, overnight.

Bake 275 degrees for 5-6 hours in foil.
Slice thin, cover with BBQ sauce, reheat.
