1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sweet cream or milk
1 cup sugar
1 dash salt
3 cups chopped rhubarb

Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
1. mix all the ingredients together, leaving the rhubarb for last
2. Pour in a baking dish
3. top with the brown sugar nuts.
Bake for 350º 30 to 35 minutes
