2 bunches fresh green beans, washed and ends cut
1/4th sweet onion, chopped fine
4 slices bacon
1/8 teaspoon seasoned pepper
Sea salt for sprinkling on finished dish
1 small clove garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and drain crisp bacon on paper towels.
Sauté chopped onion (and optional garlic) in bacon grease.
Add green beans and seasoned pepper.
Add about 1 & 1/2 cups water. A little more if needed. Simmer on medium to low, covered, until tender but not mushy. Sprinkle a little sea salt to taste. Crumble the crisp bacon and place on top of green beans before serving.
