4 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1 dash of pepper
2 eggs
1 lb ham (cut in small pieces)
1 can of slice mushrooms (drained) or 6 fresh sliced mushrooms
4 green onions chopped in small pieces
1 can bean sprouts or a small bag of fresh bean sprouts
3 cups of cooked white rice (cooled)
1 tsp accent
2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the oil, salt and pepper in a preheated 12 inch frying pan.
2. add the egg, scramble it and cook until firm. Set aside
3.Put the ham, mushrooms and bean sprouts in the pan. Stir and fry for about 3 minutes, if using fresh mushrooms and sprouts this will need to cook a little longer.
4. Add the onions, blend in the rice and stir fry for about 3 minutes. and the egg back in.
5. Add the accent mixed with the soy sauce, mix well and serve.
