brine:
1 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 olive oil
1 tsp salt


Seasoning per pint:
1 tsp picking spice
2 cloves garlic

Jalapenos
carrots

Directions:
Directions:
wash peppers but do not remove the stems
pack into pint jars filling in using medium size carrots
add the seasoning
pour boiling brine to within 1 inch of the top
of jar and seal
let season for 2 days.
