½ cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ cups bananas (about 4)
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Pour into greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool.

Personal Notes:
Delicious frosted with a butter powdered sugar frosting or cream cheese frosting. To make powdered sugar frosting, I just melt butter in pan with whipping cream until hot. Then add to powdered sugar in a bowl and add vanilla or almond flavoring or a touch of both. Make until spreading consistency.
