Pineapple Chicken Recipe

¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. celery salt
¼ tsp. seasoned salt
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. cooking oil
4 lbs. chicken parts, skin removed
14 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
½ cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup reserved pineapple juice combined with water
1 tbsp. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 5 ingredients in small cup. Preheat non-stick electric frying pan to 375ºF. Add cooking oil. Brown chicken parts, Sprinkle with seasoning while browning. Scatter pineapple and onion over chicken. Cover. Reduce heat to 300ºF. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove chicken to platter. Cover to keep warm. Combine flour and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir in soy sauce, juice mixture and ketchup until smooth. Add to pan. Stir until boiling and thickened. Pour over chicken. 6 servings.
