1 Cup of Margarine
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Cloves
1-1/2 Cups of Sugar
8 Egg Yorks
3 EggWhites
3/4 Tsp. Vanilla
5 Cups of Flour
2 Tsp.of Baking Powder
3/4 cup of sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, margarine ,sugar together with egg yorks, vaniilla,cloves
and mix well add flour and baking powder.
Beat egg whites at high till peaks form.
Roll dough into 1" balls and dip into egg whites
( pre heat oven to 374º )
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
place biscotti on parchment paper 1-1/2 " apart lightly press down and form into a oval Bake at 375º
Bake for 25/30 mins. untilll the bottoms get alittle brown
