8 large flour tortillas (emitted crisps up the best)
1 pkg cream, cheese, spreadable
16 pickled jalapeño peppers diced very fine
2 jalapeños peppers diced very fine
1 red pepper diced very fine
1 red onion diced very fine
1 bunch green onions sliced very thin
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bunch parsley chopped fine
hot sauce (Melinda's is the brands used by Montana's

Spread tortilla with a layer of cream cheese. Dot with hot sauce. Spread the hot sauce out over the whole tortilla. Top with remaining ingredients, not too much jus a nice amount. Roll up the tortilla. Lay seam side down on a cookie sheet and brush with olive oil. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 350ºF. Once the antojitos have cooked and cooled slightly, slice diagonally into 6-8 pieces. Serve with sour cream.
