1 Flank Steak or London Broil

3 Tablespoon of butter or oil

1 Tablespoon sesame seeds

cup prepared coffee

cup soy sauce

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon vinegar

onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and sesame seeds in oil.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Add meat and marinate for 12 hours. (store in container that can be covered)

After marinating, I cook this slowly in Crockpot.
