2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp Buttermilk Powder (on baking isle next to Baking Soda & Baking Powder)
1 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
1 cup sugar
¼ cup shortening
1 egg
½ cup water
2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries

TOPPING:
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup flour
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup soft butter or ½ stick margarine

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease and flour a 9x9” pan. Sift the flour, buttermilk powder, baking powder, soda, and salt together and set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, add the shortening and sugar and cream together until fluffy. Add egg and beat thoroughly. Blend in water. Now add the dry ingredients and mix just until smooth. Do not overbeat. Fold blueberries into batter. Spread batter in pan. Topping: mix the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and soft butter together and sprinkle over top of the batter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until tested done. Best served warm. When using frozen berries add 10-12 minutes to baking time.

I got this recipe from Lacy's Aunt Karen. She is an awesome cook!! She made this for us while we were visiting her and the kids (me too) made pigs of ourselves gobbling this up. Hope you enjoy. :)
