1 can minced clams with juice
1 pint half & half or whipping cream
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pan add the butter and garlic and slowly cook on low to medium constantly stirring. ( Do Not Brown the Garlic)
2. Add the clams and juice and heat through
3. In a cup dissolve the corn starch and a little cream, use it to thicken the cooking clam juice.
4. add the rest of the cream and let simmer for about 20 minutes.

Add the Parmesan cheese before serving. Serve the sauce of fettuccine or other appropriate pastas such as angel hair.
