Ingredients:
Thin, flattened steak
Seasoned salt
Bacon
Bay leaf
3 Tbl. flour
1 tsp. magi seasoning
Chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Roll the thin, flattened steak with 2 strips of bacon and onions.

Add seasoned salt prior to rolling. After rolling, wrap with another strip of bacon and pin with toothpicks to keep from unraveling.

Brown both sides of the meat and place in a kettle. Add water to the browning pan and deglaze, then pour into kettle. Finish filling the kettle with water until the meat is covered.

Add bay leaf to the water and bring to a boil, then simmer for about 1 hour.

Take about 3 Tbl. of flour and mix with water then add to broth (take care not to let it get lumpy). Add 1 tsp. of Magi seasoning to flavor stock (or to taste).

A good compliment is Panni Bavarian potato pancake mix.
