6 medium potatoes
1/4 cup butter/margarine
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in skins, peel and grate. Melt butter. Mix all ingredients except paprika; put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until the mixture bubbles (about 25 to 30 minutes).

Note: Sharon substitutes 1-6 servings package of frozen hash browns, thawed, for the potatoes

Note: You can refrigerate this overnight in the casserole dish, then bake the next day for 50 to 60 minutes
