3 Cups Flour...........................................12 Tbsp Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder...............................¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Salt.................................................6 tsp Honey
⅔ Cup Shortening...................................6 tsp Butter
1 Cup Milk...............................................2 Tbsp Sugar
6 Large Peaches, Peeled

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in butter, Stir in Milk. Knead slightly on floured surface then divide into 6 parts. Roll each ⅛"thick and cut into a 7" square. Save Scraps. Place a peach on the center of each square. Top each with 2 Tbsp sugar, 1 tsp honey, and a sprinkle of nutmeg .Moisten edges with water then fold up and around peaches pressing firmly to seal. Cut leaf shapes from scraps and attach to top with a little water. Place in a 9x13"pan. Dot each with 1 tsp butter and sprinkle 2 Tbsp sugar over all. Bake at 400º for 35-40 minutes.
