½ Cup Butter
½ tsp Vanilla
½ Cup Peanut Butter
1¼ Cups Flour
½ Cup Sugar
¾ tsp Baking Soda
½ Cup Brown Sugar
½ tsp Salt
FUDGE FILLING
1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chips
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and blend into butter mixture. Chill 1 hour then shape into 48 1" balls. Place in lightly greased mini muffin pans. Bake at 325º for 14-16 minutes. Immediately press a well in center of each. Cool 5 minutes then remove to racks. Melt chips in a double boiler, mix in milk and vanilla. Fill shells with a small pitcher or pastry bag .Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Cool before serving.
