2 quarts vinegar
1 quart water
1 cup canning salt
½ tsp. garlic per quart
1 jalapeno pepper per quart
1 tsp. dill per quart
Okra young and tender leave ends on
6 quart jars and rings



Directions:
Directions:
Place garlic, dill, and 1 pepper in each quart jar. Pack okra lightly in jar. Heat vinegar, water, and salt to boiling. Pour immediately over okra. Turn jars upside down. Let cool down till next day. Read to eat after one week.
