3 cups Bisquick
1 (28 oz.) jar None Such mince meat
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
3 tbsp. regular oil
2 cup mixed can dried fruit
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
¼ cup light corn syrup
1 tbsp. hot water



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and lightly flour a 9 or 10 inch fluted tube pan. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, mince meat, eggs, milk, oil, can dried fruit, and nuts; mix well. Turn into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 to 15 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Cool thoroughly. In a small bowl, mix together corn syrup and water, brush over cake. Garnish with glazed cherries or walnuts if desired.
